Is Gauci free?
Yes. Gauci Social, Site Audit and Forms are free today. When paid plans open, the Free plan stays free forever with 1 brand and 3 channels, and paid plans start at ₹249 a month billed yearly.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. While your plan, domain or hosting stays active, you renew at the price you paid. If a registry or regulator changes a fee we must pass on, we tell you 60 days ahead.
Which channels can I post to today?
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Pinterest, Telegram, VK, Mastodon, Bluesky, Tumblr and Discord. IndoChats, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Reddit are coming. The Channels page shows how to connect each one.
Why do some channels need my own app keys?
Large networks let a new tool post for customers only after they review it. Until each network approves Gauci for one-click sign-in, you connect with keys from a free developer app you create on that network for your own pages. Keys are stored encrypted.
Do I need a separate login for Indo Mail?
Gauci uses the company-wide Indo account sign-in. Your Gauci ID has its own data, files and accounts.
Where is my data stored?
In India, on servers in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. Business plans will be able to choose another region.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. gauci.in and the Gauci app load no trackers, no advertising and no outside scripts.
Can you crawl any website?
Site Audit reads public pages only, one at a time, follows robots.txt and never opens private network addresses. Site owners can block GauciBot.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes, on every payment once paid plans open. Add your GSTIN in Billing.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes, when paid plans open: UPI and UPI AutoPay, RuPay, cards, net banking and wallets.
Is there an API?
Agent Inbox keys work today. The full public API at api.gauci.in comes with paid plans and is included on every paid plan.
Can agencies manage clients?
Yes, from the Growth plan: a brand per client, client approval links and white-label reports.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Cancel. See the Terms of Service for refunds.
What languages does Gauci support?
English today. 22 Indian languages and 40 more are planned for the app, help centre and support.
Is there a mobile app?
Phase 1 is the web app on gauci.in, which works on phones. An Android app is available to download; full mobile and desktop apps follow after Phase 1.
How old must I be?
18 or older.
