Be real

• Use your real identity for your account and your real business details when you sell.
• No fake reviews, fake followers, fake engagement or misleading listings.

Be lawful

• Nothing illegal in India or where you operate: no counterfeit goods, no illegal drugs or weapons, no gambling or betting promotion where unlawful, no pyramid or money-chain schemes.
• No content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful to children, invades privacy, promotes hatred or violence, threatens the unity, integrity or security of India, or is patently false and intended to mislead (IT Rules, 2021, Rule 3(1)(b)).
• Respect copyright and trademarks: post only what you own or have permission to use.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying in messages, listings or posts.
• No spam: no bulk unsolicited messages, no repeated identical posts, no buying or selling of contact lists.

Be safe

• Never ask for or share passwords, one-time codes, card or bank PINs.
• Keep deals on Gauci messages so we can help if something goes wrong.
• Report anything suspicious.

What happens if rules are broken

We may remove content, hide listings, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report to authorities where the law requires. We tell you why and you can appeal by replying to our decision or writing to grievance@gauci.in.
