Account and user safety
- Turn on a passkey or two-step verification in Sign-in and security.
- Gauci never asks for your password, one-time code or bank PIN by email, phone or message.
- Check the address bar shows gauci.in before signing in.
Buying and selling safely
- Sellers on Gauci Gigs and Domain Market complete seller verification (KYC); verified sellers show a badge.
- Domain listings go live only after the seller proves ownership with a DNS record.
- Until payments through Gauci open, agree everything in Gauci messages and pay only after you are sure. Report anyone who asks you to move off Gauci to pay a deposit.
How we watch for abuse
Automatic checks look for unusual activity — many failed sign-ins, sudden bursts of messages or listings, known scam patterns — and slow or pause it for review. Our team reviews every report.
How to report
- A listing: open it and press Report this listing.
- A message or account: Support Center → Create case → Report abuse, fraud or infringement.
- Copyright or trademark: see Report infringement.
- Emergencies involving danger to someone's life: call 112 first.
For parents
Gauci is for adults. Write to support@gauci.in if a child has an account and we will close it.
