How rights holders report copyright or trademark infringement, and how to send a counter-notice.

Send a notice
Write to legal@gauci.in or open a Support Center case (Report abuse, fraud or infringement) with:
- your name, address, phone and email;
- the work or trademark, with proof that you own it or act for the owner;
- the exact Gauci link(s) to the material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the notice is accurate.
What we do
We review notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material where the law requires (Information Technology Act, 2000 s.79 and IT Rules, 2021; Copyright Act, 1957), tell the person who posted it, and record repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, reply to our email with why you have the right to use it. We may restore it unless the rights holder starts legal proceedings.
