Email API Live
Send order updates, receipts and alerts as "Your business via Gauci" from notify@gauci.in, with replies going to your own inbox. 3,000 emails free every month, then ₹0.05 each.
One-time codes (OTP) Live
Send 4, 6 or 8-digit sign-in codes by email, SMS or WhatsApp and check them with one call. Codes expire in 10 minutes, allow 5 tries, are stored only as a secure hash and are limited to 3 per number every 10 minutes.
SMS in India with TRAI DLT Live
Your DLT Principal Entity ID, 6-letter sender header and approved templates are checked on every message, so nothing unregistered is sent. ₹0.15 per SMS. Each new header is activated on the SMS route by our team, usually within 2 working days.
WhatsApp Business messages Live
Bring your own WhatsApp Business number and send Meta-approved template messages for ₹0.05 each, plus Meta's own conversation charge on your WhatsApp account. Your access token is stored encrypted.

Questions
Why does SMS need DLT?
Under TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018, every business that sends SMS in India must register its entity, sender headers and message templates on a DLT platform run by a telecom operator. Messages that do not match are blocked by the operators. Gauci checks your entity, header and template before sending.
Can I send promotional SMS?
Gauci Messaging sends service and transactional messages. Promotional SMS has extra consent and timing rules and is not offered yet.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
Yes. WhatsApp requires each business to use its own verified number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; Gauci sends through it with your token.
Where are codes and logs kept?
In India. One-time codes are stored only as a secure hash; message logs keep the recipient, status and cost, not the text of SMS and WhatsApp messages.
